I have iTunes 10.5 (with the integrated iCloud, apparently).
Not sure if iCloud is going to be available in Spain, yet, but, do I need to make any changes to my iTunes account, to "activate" iCloud or something?
You'll need to sign up for an iCloud account on your Mac/PC or iOS device. As the iOS5 update and relevant Mac/PC software updates have not be released yet you'll have to wait.
