Dock "Minimize windows" (HORRENDOUS) effect: Help please!

Mac's are among many other good things, to enjoy beautiness and good taste.

I'm wondering very concerned, why my iMac i7, 2.93 GHz, Quad-Core, 16GB RAM, 27" is rendering 90% of the times a Genie effect that I only saw many years ago when experimenting with Mac OS X themes in PCs with Windows© XP.

I mean, in other words: HORRENDOUS renderings and effects!

Since past week, almost every app that goes in to or comes out from the Dock, shows a shadow that looks extra-wide, extra-dark and with jagged edges like a stairway.

If some one knows how to fix this terrible issue without getting rid of my dearly Mac-Iconic effect, please share it with me and the community.

I greatelly appreciate it!

I see you are using the 2D dock, try changing it back to 3D and the check the effect. http://osxdaily.com/2007/12/24/change-the-105-leopard-dock-from-3d-to-2d/

I will try what you suggested as soon as I can. I guess it is the same if I change it using MacPilot or Secrets. Isn't it?

And out of curiousity, what makes you believe that that might be the culpcript?

I saw that on another system,but not as pronounce as your image, he had the 2D dock we changed it back to 3D and it worked fine. You will okay change it with MacPilot or Secrets.
