Q: I'm having trouble updating to 4.3.5

I'm having trouble updating to 4.3.5, in itunes (10.5), it downloads, and when it's finished downloading it fails.  something about network connection, but I'm not on wireless....  it's done this 10 times.

    I must say I also had this problem for the past 3 weeks plus.  I followed the advise I found on another link here and paused my internet protection and was able to update to 4.3.5 today.

     

    I updated to itunes 10.5 then paused  Kaspersky it took about 35 minutes for the download.
