I migrated my MobileMe account to iCloud yesterday.
I've received a couple pop-ups from iCal saying my password to MobileMe was bad. Mail seems to work. In system preferences, everything still says MobileMe.
Is there something else I need to install? Will this be fixed in 10.7.2?

From iCloud Help:
"Before you can use iCloud, you need to sign up for an iCloud account on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 5, or on a Mac running OS X Lion v10.7.2."
And if you go to the App Store, the latest version available is 10.7.1 ... looks as though one is going to have to wait "a few more minutes" before everything is ready to go 🙂
In the mean time, you can go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and get ready ...
