I am an Apple app developer (registred), and today somebody sent me a Exploit for Cydia to install on iOS5 ~ i want to notify Apple of this matter so they can patch it...
But i only dont know how or who i have to contact for this...

You wouldn't do it here. You aren't speaking to Apple here. I would follow up in the developers' forums at developer.apple.com where you are registered. Perhaps using the bug reporter form there.
Yes okay, but i posted it on Pastie the whole code : not better you get the guy here that cam make it happen to patch this? its no joke, somebody leaked it to me wen he was drunk....and i hate JB
think he only needs that link from the oxploit.....its been fount in a .MOV file

Well, no one here can help you. If you haven't yet received a reply on the developer forums just be patient. Or as I suggested file a bug report. Since you are a registered developer you should know how to do that.
