Oct 12, 2011 12:17 PM in response to checkyourmirrorsby xdonniedarkox,I had similiar issues. I needed to make sure I updated iTunes, also you need to be with 10.7.2 because of the iCloud usability. This was recommended to me and follwing making sure al was updated all installed fine with no error code.
That said there could be a heavy server usage issue. Who knows, sure you will install good. Have been very happy with iOS 5 the week Ive been using it:)

Oct 12, 2011 12:17 PM in response to LloydOwenby oliver141180,Yeah as a few have already said, although perhaps drowned out by the "AMG IT NOT WORKING!!" posts, it seems to be just a server issue. Doing a hard reset of your phone does not resolve it, the ones posting that just got "lucky" that the time after they restarted it happened to let them on.
My phone is updating now, I tried a hard reset and it still failed, then after a couple of go's it started working, so if your getting the problem dont panic, just stick with it an keep trying and eventually you'll get through ok.

Oct 12, 2011 12:17 PM in response to checkyourmirrorsby abbyfromcharlotte,I'm having the same error message. Error 3200.
Ive erased itunes from my computer and reinstalled it.Ive turned my Iphone off.
Ive tried updating it like 6 times.
Still not working.
If anyone finds an actual solution other than just "retrying it 7 times" that would be awesome. -

Oct 12, 2011 12:25 PM in response to checkyourmirrorsby cbulz,It's to do with iTunes not being able to contact gs.apple.com. Guess the servers are just being overwhelmed. Keep trying I guess :/

Oct 12, 2011 12:25 PM in response to LTxboxby kaleponi,Same issue, kept retrying again and again and it finally went through. I think the servers are being bmbarded, you just have to get lucky and get through. Keep trying!!
