Installed ios 5 to my iPhone 5 and can send out going texts but not recieve incoming texts!!

I have tried restoring it and deleting some messages but nothing works!!

I have the same issue... all other aspects of phone work minus the text messaging feature. I have tried restoring 7+ times..
