iPad no longer shows the key photos that are in my iPhoto events

This won't help, I know, but I have the same problem with the original iPad and the latest version of iPhoto, 9.2, running under OS X 10.6.8.

I have the same problem! Apple please tell us a fix for this. It's unbelievably annoying to have your photos fully organised on your Mac only to be a complete mess on iPad. Please help

@ iLouca, Alex: I don't mean to be snippy, but pleading with Apple won't help here. What might help, however, is an inidication of what hardware and software you're running. Original iPad or iPad 2? What version of iOS? What version of iPhoto, OS X, iTunes?

BTW, I neglected to mention that I'm running iTunes 10.5.

My device is iPad 2, iOS 5

My Macbook runing Mac OS X 10.7.2

My Itunes version 10.5, and iPhoto version 11 (9.2)

Just wanted to say I have the same issue on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4. I upgraded to iOS 5 and to iPhoto 9.2 at the same time, so I'm not sure which one actually triggered the problem.

I'm going to try removing and then re-syncing the events on my devices to see if that does anything.

Update: Nope, re-syncing did nothing.

Any expert can help ??? 😐

I have the same problem on both iPhone 4 and iPad (original) both running iOS 5. Syncing from iMac running 10.7.2 with most up to date iTunes and iPhoto. I dont think this is a problem related to a particular hardware configuration or that there will be a workaround to it, it looks like it is how it works for the latest versions of os's and software. I still think this is a bug and will probably be fixed in a future patch to iOS or whatever is causing it.

But at least apple have fixed it so the most recent events appear at the top 🙂

I read the manual! 🙂 Apparently, the Photo app in iOS5 organizes photos by the date they were taken, starting with the most recent photo.

Same problem here (iPhone 3GS).

I have the same issue as well (iPad2, iOS 5). Does anyone know if this is a bug or a "feature" of iOS 5? It would be great if someone could reply who still get the correct key photos with iOS 5!

The problem is not from the device...!!!

The problem from the new update "iOS 5" and new "iPhone"

And i'm sure the fix update come in few time,

Because when i update my device to iOS 4.??

All my event in photo are all mixing, not same to my iPhone event

and Apple fix it in few day's...!!! : )

Same over here, Events in my iPad 1 are using the first photo, and not the one assigned in iPhoto in my iMac. It worked flawlessly until I updated to iOS 5 few weeks ago. Hope the fix will come soon, as this is very annoying!
