The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user XXXX

p99-imap.mail.me.com is not editable in my Mail.com configuration. Is this just a temporary glitch?

same here. cannot get mac mail. when i go to preferences in mail and icloud, mail is unchecked. when i check it, it unchecks itself. In mail accounts, my apple mail is not there. Tried to add the account back and get that p99 message, and also it says ''wrong password" even though it is the correct password and am logged in to icloud and get calendars and contacts etc. This stinks as it is my business email. On iphone and ipad, it simply says ''wrong password." Apple keeps messing up all these releases from final cut to this. Getting really disappointing.

Exactly the same problem here, i can access iCloud mail via iPhone, iPad or via iCloud in Safari, but cannot access via Mac mail.

Apple iCloud support states that the incoming mail server should read imap.mail.me.com, but as others have said i have p99-imap.mail.me.com as incoming server & it is not editable in my Mail.com configuration.

Obviously a glitch?
