How do I restore the oleophobic coating?
What's the process that Apple uses? Is it possible to fix it after it has worn off?

I am inquiring with a vendor to answer that question... will let you know when I get a response.
If you did reapply, I would worry about two things besides the repellancy to fingerprints.
1. How would retreating the surface affect touch detection? and
2. How would hand applied coating affect the screen clarity?
