Can Newsstand be moved into a folder?

It appears that I cannot move the Newsstand app into a folder, which is inconvenient for me because I will rarely use it. Is there something that I am missing, or does it really have to be on its own outside of a folder?

There were a couple of posts here from a user very critical of Apples decision to move newspaper and periodical apps into Newsstand, which were subsequently (apparently) removed b a forum moderator. In the last one, the person posted stated that his first amendment rights were being violated.

I just wanted to point out that none of us "first amendment rights" in a privately-owned forum such as this one. This is Apple's sandbox, and they get to choose which posts are relevant and add to the usefulness of the forum and which are not. A lawyer would tell you the same thing.

The first amendment gives you the right to go out on the street and speak all day against something yu don't like. But it doesn't give you the right to come into my house and do the same thing.

I think it's important tired the tone civil and constructive. Some folks don't like newsstand; I like it but wish I could put in in a folder and access it from there. But I've learned that I can't. Screaming about it here doesn't add to the discussion, in my opinion.

You're right Apple can remove whatever they want. They obviously have. But do you really want to buy from a company that removes the bad stuff and leaves the good? It certainly shows why Apple isn't a truly stellar company in my mind. They are just the best of a rotten bunch of apples (no pun intended). But, why am I responding to you anyway? I know for a fact that you are an Apple employee. I've already traced you, you migt be lucky.

Lol, I am not, nor have I ever been, an Apple employee. And if you really think there's any company out there that will let people post degrading comments about their products in their own forums and let them stand... well, there may be, but it would mean that they just aren't paying attention.

I don't think Apple is any different than any other company in that regard.

I won't bother responding again, but I am amused by having been "traced", obviously your "tracer" has a few loose screws.
