Title says it all - rest of iCloud seems to be working? Although the Photo stream and iTunes isn't on my Cloud page?
If I go into settings, there is an iCloud icon but it is in grey (the writing) which means that I cannot get into it? As with Twitter? Any ideas?

Turn off the Restriction to allow changes to Accounts in:
Settings > General > Restrictions.

If you want your Accounts protected from changes without a passcode, yes. It's more secure to have it restricted.
