converting fonts

I recently upgraded to 10.7 and on occasion will freelance graphic design work. I had packaged a Indesign document with fonts and brought it home to work on it. However, the fonts are now in a format that I can't just "double click" to load into Font Book. These will load perfectly in 10.6 or earlier. Is there a suggestion for converting these or a setting change? I believe these maybe a FFIL or type 1 fonts. I have attached a screen shot.

Most of my font collection is in this same situation. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
