I was trying to buy a Card that I made on the Cards app when it asked me to put in my CVV number. On file, I have PayPal for my purchaces. There is no CVV. Please help.

I have the same issue. I tried verify at iTunes store and still nothing.
I went into iTunes and changed my PayPal to my credit card and that corrected the issue. But I would rather have it attached to PayPal.
So I just spent 5-10 minutes all excited to create and mail my first card, only to find this stupid CVV thing. I'm a paypal guy as well, so no CVV exists? Guess this is an uninstall... Paypal = No Cards App use.

I am having problem with the credit cards. I cannot get through the purchasing process after entering my CVV... it says Credit Card Declined. I tried both Visa and MasterCard. This is outragious.
