Just sent Yahoo! Customer Care another email for an update.

Dear Customer Care,
Another month has gone by since your last email. The issue remains unresolved.
I would like an update on this please. Yahoo! has literally taken months and months on this but still unable to resolve the problem. I have had emails sent back and forth with your colleagues over the course and each time the response is more or less the same -- "Sorry, we will try to fix it as soon as possible; please be patient!" Can someone please explain when can this be resolved for good?
