Unable to sort notifications?

Same issue here. Whenever I sort them, then select 'Done', then exit the screen, it doesn't sort them the way I wanted. Going back into the screen shows that they are resorted in an entirely different way.

Trying to get the Stock one at the top, but no matter what it puts the Weather one right back up and the Stock one all the way to the bottom. No matter what order I rearrange them to, it scrambles them up after I leave the Notifications screen.

Very frustrating!

Using an AT&T iPhone 4.

Same Issues. I am unable to sort any notifications.

I am also unable to display Calendar banners in the Notifications screen. The Banner does not display correctly in notifications and is constantly flashing itself in notifications but not actually displaying.
