My iphone/itunes just did the complete new update with Icloud but the icloud icon doesn't show up anywhere on the iphone or my computer even though the install said it is all done and complete.

The Itunes and Iphone just did the complete new update addiing on Icloud and new applications. After all was done and it said all was completed - the Icloud icon is not on my iphone screen anywhere nor is it on my computer after I did go to the control panel and set up. I tried repairing the download and it said all was fine. What needs to be done to get this all to work.
