iCloud control panel for WIndows, under bookmarks says safari upgrade required.
I have the latest version of Safari 5.1 and have run the Apple Software Update.

I manually download Safari and now it works.
I have downloaded Safari (5.1.1) and installed manually and I still dont see a way to sync to my Safari bookmarks using iCloud. The iCloud control panel for Windows 7 says "Bookmarks with Internet Explorer". I certainly dont want to sync my IE bookmarks with my Safari bookmarks. IE is for work and I dont want them in with my personal bookmarks in which I use Safari for.
NEVERMIND! Even though the Bookmarks option and checkbox in the iCloud control panel said "with Interent Explorer", I took a chance and selected it. Once I did that, the Option Button was available and from within the options, I was able to select the "Safari" option. It's working now!
