"Backup session could not be started with the ipod"

I have tried every single, single thing on the internet to try to fix this issue but no hope. This is my last chance to fix it or else I'm going to just buy an iPhone 4S (Well I'm getting one anyway) but I need a fix this this. I've restored the iPod, reverted it to factory settings, reinstalled iTunes, deleted the existing backups and much, MUCH more.

I've also tried all the (Stupid) solutions it gave me on the Apple website.
