Notes not syncing

My notes do not sync between my Mac, iPhone and iPad. iCloud notes feature is enabled across all three devices. Everything else syncs, Reminders, Photo-Stream, etc. but ironically notes just doesn't sync at all between any of the devices.

Any thoughts?
