notifications settings won't stick?!?

I have set notifications to manual sort: http://i51.tinypic.com/xkps29.jpg however, if I move the stock widget to the bottom of the "in notifications center", and save the setting: http://i51.tinypic.com/ejz9tl.jpg when I open the notifications, the stock widget is at the top?!? When I go back to check the settings, the stock widget, has moved back UP IN THE LIST?!?: http://i55.tinypic.com/1zbxrip.jpg Any have any idea what I'm doing wrong. I'd like to have the stock ticker, at the bottom of the notifications screen.
