I just updated my iPad 2 to iOS 5.0.
Prior to the update, I backed up to iTunes but the books that I had on my iPad are no longer there, but they are in iTunes.
How do I get them back on my iPad?

Never mind - There was a new "App" on my iPad that looked like my bookshelf and I was clicking on that. Newsstand. Updating at night - user mistakes appear.
