I created an apple id a while ago, and I thought I had chosen 'none' for payment options. When I try to register with itunes store, it tells me to preview my account information. . so when it comes to payment information, there is no 'none' option there. How can I set it to none? Also, while previewing, everythings written in arabic( I bought the mac in Qatar ). How do I change that to english?

If you had a billing issue like a pending charge or a outstanding balance that wasn't paid then it won't allow you to choose "None" you'll have to update to another credit card or use an itunes gift card in order to fix that first then try choosing None afterwards.

if you created the appleID before using it in iTunes then it will always ask for a credit card, there's no way around that.
