after ABOUT 30 MINS it says: There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "******'s iPhone". An unknown error occurred (9006).

Hi i had the same problem. i found that i need to have a fast internet speed which i took mine to a friends house a linked into her wifi and with in 10/15 mins it was updated
If you not got friend to link in to maybe try internet cafe Good Luck
