I have and iphone 4 with windows 7 pc. Updated all software yesterday. When I make a calender event on my icloud it goes to my phone fine, however, if i create the event on the phone it does not go to icloud. I have the settings on my phone set to sync. Also My safari and phone dont sync bookmarks and readerlist.

What version of Safari is installed?
iCloud supports Safari 5.1.1 and later.
In your calendar settings on your phone, make sure your default calendar is set to one of your iCloud calendars and not your iPhones local calendar. If you can't find the setting to change, when creating a new calendar entry on your phone, make sure to select the proper calendar from the "Calendar" screen.
As far as Safari syncing goes, it is off by default, and only syncs with IE, not Safari for Windows. Super lame.
