HELP!!! iMessage not working....

I cannot seem to get my iMessaging to work at all on my iPhone4...

Every time I send an iMessage, it immediately comes back to me as 'Not Delivered'.

- I have enabled the iMessage feature in the Settings section.

- I have registered with my Apple ID account.

- My caller ID and phone number are set.

- I am connected to WiFi.

- I have verified the people I am messaging have enabled iMessage.

- I have restored and rebooted my phone quite a few times.

I have tried sending iMessages to several different contacts, and every time it's the same 'Not Delivered' result.

I tried sending an iMessage to myself, and that's the only time it worked...

Someone PLEASE help!!!!!!

"... this feature works ONLY for devices that have iOS5 others will automatically send out as regular text (green button) instead of Blue buttons."

Wrong my friend. I have a n iPhone4, not jaiilbroken, IOS 5.0.1, doesn't work. I can't even iMessage myself! I've tried restore, changing DNS servers, reset and my stinking iMessage in settings STILL says "Waiting for activation".

I am on a local wifi and in airplane mode. (Which shouldn't matter as iMessage and Facetime are supposed to work on wifi).

I'm about ready to chunk it against a wall.

I have had this problem but its fixed now....i just can tell you that if your imessage is not working it means your push notifications should also not be working and may be working for some people...and for some people it happens because they are not activated i think....if you want to check your push notifications then plz download a file named iPusher app from apple store...it will test and tell you if push notifications are not working..then you can email me at sagitarrianzatyahoodotcom and i can tell you the solution for this.... and please keep in mind that im not a time waster and also plz dont waste my time if ur non-serious person....all free advice to you.

"If you are in airplane mode, none of your wireless features work, including wifi and messaging."

I guess I need to specify. I had airplane mode ON but had also enabled wifi afterwards, so I don't get hit with roaming charges. I'm somewhere off the coast of France right now...

I changed my DNS setting on my wifi on the phone to 8.8.4.4 and enabled then disabled again "Update" time automatically, turned off the imessage and facetime apps in settings then back on.... It asked for my password for both, I gave them and ........Works like a peach now....
