error code 1394

getting the error code 1394 using itunes when updating iphone 3gs from 4.3.5 to ios5 and have have done all of the sulotions to fix this problem and no success it will not update my phone to the newest IOS even though it is telling me its available and i need to update and install, i even have tried restoring the phone to factory settings and it is trying to use the newest IOS to reset to factory settings and it still gives me the error 1394, i also restarted the iphone into recovery mode and tried doing it from there and had the same error as above, also i disconnected my usb and connected back in, i restarted both computer and phone also i reinstalled ITunes and tried with no luck same error as above.
