Automatic music downloads (in Denmark)?

I'm from Ireland and have this exact same issue, maybe the option is not available to countries outside of the US?

Same problem here. I've been searching for the answer since the update but didn't find a single clue. Can someone form Apple answer to this.

It was advertised as one of the new features of new iOS 5 and I supose it have to be available to every country with music store as it wasn't stated otherwise.

Having the exact same problem and f-cking enoying that apple does not state that this is a US-feature only if this is the case. I rebooted my phone and then I could see the option of music sync but when I entered the appledID it disapered so this should prove the problem is related to US-market....Time to change to android?

I am pretty sure it is a US-only feature for the moment. See footnote 2 in the following Apple support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4539.

I hope it becomes availabe for the EU soon because I personally consider it the most important iCloud feature...

Someone called Apple and they said "Music syncing is - for reasons of copyright - not yet available in said countries." In this case the said countries were Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Same in Portugal

The rights to do this have to be negotiated for each individual country and obviously this is going to take some time.

Same in Hungary! No automatic music download either on iPhone nor on iPad! Bed news!

I live in Denmark to and still i cant use the music option, this is 6 months after the OP post......SO LAME....!

What is the use if you cant use the music option.....completly useless......for shure gonna remove it again.😠

It has taken me half an hour of digging to find this one thread on the issue.

Apple... Pull your socks up! If this feature is country specific THEN SAY SO IN YOUR BLURB!!! Footnotes nicely hidden away is nothing more than complying with the legal stuff, and failing your customers miserably!!

Very unhappy! So what I want you to do is...

Firstly: Sort your website out so that we (your customers outside of the US of A can see what is happening for us).

Secondly: Sort the service so that is is available to us.

Thirdly: Tell us when!

So simple... you failed your customers. Put this right!
