Hi- I know this thread is kinda dead, but I didn't have any luck with the Keychain reset, or with moving/deleting/creating the folder in the Library- but managed to get it working by copying a Keychain Roots Keychain into my System/Library/Keychains folder from another Mac (osx 10.9). So I guess it was Keychain related, but the reset and keychain first aid weren't helping....

Figured I'd just mention it if the above thread doesn't solve it for people.
