Lost Siri on iPhone 4S

Hi. I recently got an iPhone 4S and hooked up to my Mac. I selected "restore from backup" instead of "set as new phone" and now have all apps, settings, etc. from iPhone 4. Unfrotunately I don't appear to have Siri, etc. Any suggestions on how to rectify?

Go to settings...SIRI, turn it back on

You have to turn it on. open settings --> open General --> open siri --> turn on and select preferences.
