Birthdays do not show up on iCloud.com/calendar. Anyone else?

Birthdays Calendar is turned ON in iCloud.com. Birthdays (from the birthday field in Contacts) show up on my iPhone/iPad, but all birthdays have disappeared from the calendar view on iCloud.com.

Anyone else with this problem? Apple support has been looking into it for me for 2 days without any result yet.

I noticed the same thing a few hours ago. My old contacts' (which have been deleted) birthdays are gone. That's good.

I've then created a new contact. Its birthday showed up on a calendar almost immediately. I've now deleted that contact. The birthday is still on the calendar. I am hoping that it takes a little bit of time for the Birthday calendar to refresh, however, after about 1-2 hours, the birthday is still there. So let's see what Apple has really done.

Sadly mine is STILL not fixed. I have many birthday's in my iPhone 4S that are not appearing the the contacts or calendars on iCloud or getting pushed to my iPad2. They used to show up when I was on mobile.me. The migration to iCloud caused them to disappear.

I have emailed my Support Rep many, many times. I have filled out feedback. I have been to the Genius bar at several Apple stores. ALL have recognized this is a problem but no solution. No response from Support Rep in ages.

"Birthday" is a field in the contact card. It may or may not appear in your template -- easy to check; just create a new contact. If "Birthday" is part of your current template, it will appear in the "new contact" form.

If you don't see "Birthday"?

* On the "Address Book" menu, click "Card", then click "Add Field"

* You will be presented with a dropdown of all fields currently defined for your Address Book; select "Birthday" ... it will now appear on all of your contacts.

* Yes (the anticipated unasked question), if that field was missing and you have to add it, you will have to go back and enter birthdays for all of your contacts. However, once you do that, birthdays will apper in your Calendar app.

Note -- you can edit the defined fields in your Address Card template by selecting the very last option in that drop-down "Add Field" menu, which says "Edit Template".

IWant....nope, didn't miss the point....I think I am guilty of misreading the question. I've been following this link since it started, had the same problem, mine resolved (after some of the same struggles and fixes as others here).

I read the question this morning as if it were a newbie, literally asking about getting birthdays into their contacts, so they could then synch them. You know, as if someone were literally trying to start at the beginning of the process, but not seeing the birthday field in their contacts.

Blame it on my "caffeine low" light ... maybe it will provide accidental, unintended insight 🙂

Really? I mean REALLY!!!?? If you have read my posts in this thread, you would have seen I HAVE birthdays loaded in my contacts. They are showing up just fine on my iPhone. They USED TO show up correctly in my iPad. Now only SOME of them show up. I have turned off iCloud on all devices, turned iCloud back on, and merged so many times I've lost count.

Again, if you had read my posts, you would have also seen Apple phone support has looked at this problem, as have the Geniuses at 3 different Apple stores. I SERIOUSLY doubt if it was as SIMPLE as "loading birthdays into my contacts" this issue would never have lasted more than 20 minutes.

Sorry for the tone, but I'm very tired of posts like yours. Please read the entire thread before you make obvious fix suggestions. If it was as simple as you suggest, there would not be 100+ replies and almost 7,000 views.

Well I see where a previous post said that Apple updated the software but I did not see that. I found the gear solution somewhere else and it resolved my issue. I have not seen whether you have tried that or not. Keep in mind that we all may be having the problem for perhaps different reasons. One has to go through several steps to get birhtdays up and running. As much as I respect Apple store employees I have not always gotten the right answer. We are all trying to help one another and should not be critized. Something that appears here may not help each one but it may help another.

Yes, I agree that things posted here can help and that is why were are all here. However, you replied directly to my post which indicated you were offering a possible solution to my specific problem. I know this thread has gotten very long, but if you go back to the first post, you will see I have made numerous posts outlining the processes I have gone through in an attempt to solve the problem. Additionally, the post you replied to already implied I had birthday's loaded since I stated I have many birthday's in my iPhone 4S which are not appearing in iCloud or my iPad.
