I am running a windows 7 withthe icloud control panel installed and syncing everything but the photos iplaced in the upload folder. Would the fact i placed 4 separate sub folder in the upload folder be messing it up?

ok after testing this out my self i did find that it WILL NOT REPLICATE folders but if you just put photos in the upload folder it will sync with your icloud just fine.

Ye, it was a jpg. but i have tried png too, still not uploading to iphone. when i take a picture with the phone it uploads to pc no problem?
I put photos into the upload folder on pc yesterday and they are still there. Any ideas of how to stream them?
If signed in, any photos dragged into the folder set for upload should be sent to the stream. I had a small issue where photos already in my upload folder wouldn't go. Dragging them out and back in worked.
I'm signed in and now photos taken on the iphone dont upload to PC either.
Yesterday it was just photos i dragged into the upload folder not transfering to iphone but now its both ways???
The do not upload to the computer, they would upload to the Cloud, then download to the PC. Do the pictures show up in your Photo Stream when viewed via an iOS device?
