iCloud Mail will not Delete Messages

Does anyone know how to stop iCloud from keeping deleted messages. I move them into TRASH and they do not appeare there or in the Deleted Messages Box. They simply reappear in my inbox on all devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone 4). I am accumulating messages at a terrible rate because they cannot be deleted. Yesterday iCloud would not start. Now it will not stop. Help

I did discover that if I go to the iCloud site on Safari and delete the messages there they stay deleted on all three devices. However, I cannot delete them on any of the devices themselves. I have set all the appropriate choices in prefrences for the removal of all deleted messages, but it does no good. Right now it seems to be the website for iClud or nothing.

I have the same problem. Using Apple Mail, deleted iCloud emails simply reappear in my in box, again and again. I can find no way to get around this (except, I think, to use the iCloud web interface, which I don't want to do). All my devices, Apple Mail, and iCloud web mail all are set to put deleted messages in the trash; iCloud seems to be ignoring the setting. Anyone found a solution to this?

I have the same problem. I have a MacBookPro with Lion, IPad 1 and and iPhone. All devices has the latest updates of the OS. For me it is only MacBook that is the problem. If I use the iPad to delete the files they will disipear on the MacBook one secon later (impressive to me since I am located in Sweden). I can also delete the files on the Web as mentioned in some other posts. Restarting does not help.
