why my iPhone 4s doesn't have Siri?

The pictures definitely look like a 4S but we have at least confirmed it is not and is indeed a 4 and thus does not have Siri. I have found this link which indicates the subtle differences between the 4S and the 4 which clearly led to your confusion over which iPhone you had. I'm not sure if the Verizon iPhone 4 who have should look so very similar to the new 4S, maybe someone on here with greater knowledge of Verizon would be able to help further.

The Verizon iPhone 4 does not have a sim slot. Other then that there almost exactly the same.

On the left side, the VZW (CDMA) iP4 antenna and button positions are identical to the iP4S.

Thanks tyler39, the OP was confused as his mute/silent button is lower than the 4 and it has the 2 black bands at the top of the iphone just above the mute/silent butoon and also the black band next to the top microphone is not there on his iphone but is present on the 4 as per my link given to the OP.

I think that you are relying on the cuts in the external frame for the antenna to identify the 4S, but Apple had solved the antenna issue by time they released the Verizon model, so it and the 4S look externally the same to the casual observer. You can see in this link that the Verizon 4 has the same cuts in the frame.

Many thanks for clearing that up. Having got both my 4 and 4S on launch days I wasn't aware that Apple had modified the iPhone 4 due to the issues with the antenna. That hopefully clears up the matter for wisnu86 and that he can now be assured he has a legitimate White 32Gb iPhone 4.

This worked perfectly. SETTINGS - RESTRICTIONS - "enable restrictions". SETTINGS - GENERAL - SIRI - "enable Siri". That's all it took. Thanks for the help!

Can you go to Settings>General>About>Model and tell me what it says?
