I bought my iPhone 4S from Verizon today. I got the last one they had in stock at the store. Shortly after getting in the car, I noticed that my + (up) volume button on the left side of the phone was stuck. The - (down) volume button works properly. What should I do?

No, it was definitely stuck. I took it to Verizon the next day. The marked it as DOA and sent it back to Apple for further investigation. They found a replacement, and I had a new iPhone 4S that same day (: I have had relatively few issues (aside from battery life, which is an issue with all smartphones---which is to be expected). Thanks for your concern!
:) I guess they modified the volume up button on iPhone 4s to help taking pictures, since it's not as hard to press as the volume down button
My + Volume button is stuck.
