I found the exact action to turn off VoiceOver:

  1. Go to Setting (doulbe click on the icon)
  2. Scroll down to General (Using three fingers)
  3. Open General (doulbe click on the item)
  4. Scroll down to Accessibility (Using three fingers)
  5. Once inside Accessibility, double click on the VoiceOver item
  6. Once inside VoiceOver double click on the swith (On/Off) to turn OFF.

Then, go back to having fun with your iPhone 4S.😉
