Apps in "waiting"

All my apps on my iphone 4s are showing on the phone in "waiting" mode and I can't access any of them...even after synching

The same has happened to me three times on different iPhones. The best solution I found is to tap once on an app that says "waiting" it should then say "loading" and then "installing." Once that is finished you can repeat that process for every app on your phone. I know this takes forever but at least it works. Also, some apps just wont load, I just skipped those and came back to them later and they worked. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but on my iPhone I have 2 different apple id's, so i can buy apps off the German store and the US store. Maybe this has something to do with it?
