Siri- "Sorry, I am having trouble connecting to the network".

What worked for me was I first turned off wifi, and then I turned Siri on and off, and then it worked with no problems, and then turned wifi back on as well. I would give that a try.

Thanks for the suggestion but nothing helps. One of us connected with Siri one time so far today.

I fully agree, isn't that false advertisment?

Well I was trying to show off how awesome my new iPhone is today by using Siri but I kept getting the message "I'm having trouble connecting to the network". Yea that made my phone look real cool!

Ever since the reset I did, Siri has worked perfectly for me. I guess different fixes work for different people. Some reset their network. I did a full factory (then restored the backup).

Just read an article saying Siri was back up on Friday, but my Siri is still not working. (I did do a full reset too)

Turned on Data Roaming in Network under General...no more 'Sorry I am having trouble connecting to the network'when in 3G (Verizon)

Don't count on that being a permanent fix. I tried that too. Siri just keeps going up... then back down. No consistency at all.

I think these solutions are just coincidences that collide with network ebb and flow. Beta stands for buggy.

My guess is that there are so many users now that it has crashed! I loved my phone until today!

Here in Tampa Bay (Verizon) is intermitent. And when it works it is very slow.

They are ignoring their customers and working on the problem. Wrong way to go, but that's Apple.

I live in West Texas and Siri has been working great for me since shortly after the initial rollout fiasco. I use it mainly on wifi though so can't speak to how well it is working right now on 3G.
