So let me get this straight, there are now 16 pages of users confirming an issue with iTunes (me included) and we've heard naught from Apple...?
Seems par for the course really, doesn't it?
It's things like this that really disappoint me about Apple; a company that actually has the ability and wherewithal to provide decent support and communication but instead regularly employ an attitude that can best be described as disinterested and standoffish to customers who are willing to spend their hard-earned cash to buy their products.
And one could rationalise it by saying they're too busy spending their energies on getting these bugs sorted out to post on a forum but the evidence would prove otherwise, especially as we still see bugs and usability issues which were present in the 1st gen software.
I mean, how much effort does it really take to say, "hey guys, we're actually looking into this and hope to resolve it in an upcoming update or by [this date]."??
