Siri is having "Network Connection" problems but I'm connected to wifi and 3G service also is available.

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm connected to a functioning wifi network and 3G is also available. Is Apple aware of this "network dysfunction"? I hope they can fix this soon because I would live to show off my new phone!

Yep. This is the number one issue I'm having with Siri. The one thing Siri seems to do very well is not work most of the time. Really big disappointment. I'm sure Apple will get it fixed but right now Siri is a huge mess.

I got one 4S this morning at 9 AM. It took till after 1 PM (central US time) to get it finally activated due to the servers having issues. I have AT&T as my carrier.

As soon as I got it activated, everything worked great! I sent several texts with Siri, sent an e-mail, called people, had it read my my texts and even checked the weather in a few cities across the country. I loved it. But this iPhone was for my partner.

So, this afternoon when I went to AT&T to get a new sim card for MY phone, I was offered cash for my phone after I mentioned that I would love go from my 4 to the 4S in white! A customer offered to buy my 4 and so i went ahead and upgraded. Since then I have had nothing but problems. Siri has not worked but once on this new phone. For a while it wouldn't even connect to 3G while I was driving down the road. I'm so frustrated!

I know that Apple sold several million iPhone 4S's and if you go to the iPhone page on the Apple website, and then click on Siri, it's still listed as Beta. My personal feeling is that they should not have introduced this feature on this phone if it was still in Beta. And maybe that was the one thing that tipped the scale as to whether they had a new product to release now instead of waiting for the 5... but this is sad. I hope it gets better soon! Without turning off Siri, I can't even use the old voice command to make a simple call while driving!

And don't get me started on multiple devices on one acccount with iCloud accounts and such! Oy vey!!!

Okay, hopefully this starts working soon!

I fixed siri. When I walked out of AT& T it worked perfectly. I got home and restored from back up and then siri started telling me that she was having problems connecting to the network. I tried several times turning it on and off, resetting the network, hold power button and home button for 10 seconds, nothing fixed her.

I then went to settings, general, reset, then "Reset all Settings". I then hooked up to itunes, did a sync, and now all is perfect. Hope this works for someone else.
