Safari 5.1.1 Twitter extension not working

Your question should be addressed to the developer of that extension. Apparently it needs to be updated.

I'm having the same problem. The twitter extension to safari not are loading trending... How can I fix it?

You're right - it's moving verrrryyyyy slooooowwwwwly. Several MINUTES hitting "Tweet", I get a tab to tweet. I checked, I'm not connected to the Net with my 300 baud C64 modem.

I'm having the exact same issue here. I'm running the latest on everything, and the extension doesn't fetch trending, and it takes a few minutes for a tweet tab to appear after tapping on "Tweet" in the upper, right corner of Safari.

I've tried to remove and re-install the extension mut nothing has changed...

Recently upgraded to Safari 5.1.4 and installed the twitter extension from the Extension Gallery. I've got the same problem as the above people... Seem like this has been a problem for some time. Does the extension need to be upgraded to work with newer version of Safari? A search on Google only points me back at these posts. Any ideas?

Same problem. Really a bummer. Wish someone would own up to fixing it, as it's quite handy. Overall one of the issues I have sticking with Safari is the lack of developer support. Chrome has so many more extensions and a much more viberant dev community.

Same problems as everyone else and I'm running Safari Version 5.1.5 (7534.55.3). Hope this issue is addressed soon.

We're all having the same problem because the Official Twitter extension for Safari is broken, and the Twitter people seem to have abandonded it.
