I already did the restore, setup as new, everything...
What really bothers me is that I bought the new iPhone because all the features, but they have to be switched OFF if you need a decent battery life, so, at the end you just have a regular phone, Is not just my phone, 99% of iphone users are having the same issues with the battery life.
I have been an Apple fan all my life, but this is just ridiculous.
The last thing that I'm going to do before switching again to blackberry and forget about iPhone is to change the SIM card, that is my last resource.
To exchange the iphone is not going to resolve the issue, it's just a very BAD phone with a very GOOD advertising.
In can assure you that if 99% of iPhone 4Ss sold had this kind of problem, you wouldn't see, or hear anything ELSE in the media. But there is nothing. Remember 'antennagate'? Apple has sole 37 million of these phones in 3 months. If that many had problems, Apple would be backed against a wall, and pilloried.
It hasn't happened.
SOME USERS have problems, but most don't.
So, please answer this question: Did you RESTORE from an old backup on iTunes? If not, then ask for a new SIM card from your service provider.
My phone has cellular data on, Siri on, location services on, iCloud on, bluetooth off, wi-fi ON. Currently, I have 7 hours 13 minutes since last charge, and 91% charge. At this rate, I would need a recharge in about 3 days.
Even though I upgraded from an iPhone 4, the people where I bought the phone insisted that it MUST have a new SIM. There must be some reason for that.
