Maybe a few hints here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/8811596/Mobile-phone-users-sufferin g-from-text-neck.html
Text neck. How important it is to take care of that neck of yours if you don't want to become a hunchback of cupertino or an android. Not only is it a matter of public health, but also do you think that such a hunchback posture is attractive? It may just be another reason why you're womanless. I see it all the time. If holding your smartphone at eye level you find is demanding, then maybe you're due for a few hours at the gym. Go tone those arms because it's a very light device.
Also, when you've walking on the street or in public transport areas and such, pay attention to your surroundings. So often I see young women crossing the street texting or even stopping right in the middle of the street and gesticulating as they've lost their signal or just came accross one of their friends pictures wearing less than trendy clothing.
Finally eye contact. When you walk the streets, pretending to do something important on your smartphone as you cross someone won't shield you from anything. Eye contact will give you the extra fractions of a second to react if needed, or simply to smile... In general, you should walk with your head straight, and your nose slightly elevated... I mean look up to some trees, and your general surroundings. When I walk my dog I notice most of the time he looks down. It's important to look at things and to look up to stimulate the brain in ways that text messaging can never achieve. Plus eye contact is important to gain and impose respect out of people. I don't mean stare at people, I mean establish eye contact and walk like a man/woman who is "present" and takes his/her place in this world.
And you might just end up with better battery performance! Battery performance is good when you no longer think about it and the device carries you at least through the day. It's not a contest where you disable everything on the phone to make it last for days then come brag about it lollll A better question is "how long will I last in this life?"
p.s. Apple, when I type "proper posture smartphone Apple" in Google, you guys should have a page about this...
