try a soft reset hold the power button and browse button together till it switches off
then power it on and try the same test
perhaps somthing else hung when another app starts
i think thru typing its an application memory leakage problem
... and thats it ... its down to the memory management ...
fully
dont forget the iphone 4s has two mcpus it's a dual core
so will use less current overall .....
its not a mcpu issue i feel from all reading and my own usage and views
or the display it terms of time
if one mcpu is busy it will use around 40-80% of its time
if both are busy doing system tasking as well as memory status
and also use 40-80%
this gives around 50% cpu use overall
and is this cpu1 or cpu 2??? is this stat real?? or 50% whats real
then again
this is prob the same thing - system resorces time
so in a dedicated test using 55% of two mcpu is bad
but perhaps the app uses a single thread ???
as so many will {MOST} bar some games DO
so dont expect your test to be accurate...
i dont know??? i have a masters degree in computer architecture
people put in single thread mpu core 1 level 4g apps
and expect them??? not to hang in the background and cause issues
er ?? NO
what apps make use of both mcpus??? on 4g is the laught here
3 things take current
RF %35
MCPU %35
DISPLAY %15 or more as use
{use the power button after a call or use saves the mcpus and displays tasking!!!}
CHIPSET %10
its a FACT even itop icon apps and acc are NOT multithread
nor is other dedicated services
the dual core is a 'strap on' at best.,..at the moment over the entire platform
perhaps this is where the problem is
i recon mostly memory leakage
becouse a hung app will use say 20% per instance or less
get real you guys
and follow the boot up rules
