When I start a thread, my product/profile info appears, but when I reply to a post, it doesn't. However, I have seen it appear for some posters.
How is this done?

You'll have to use the advanced editor (which I regularly forget to do - as in this case 😉 Look at the right of your reply window just above the "abc" and "html"....
