For people trying to connect with iMessage but you get a rply saying 'please check you're network connection and try again later', I got a solution to it and it really works! (:

Just go to 'settings' and then 'wifi' and click at the blue arrow of whatever connection you're useing, just type 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 for the colum that says DSN and then login with you're apple ID on iMessage! :D and do like this and comment, if it works for you too! :) thank you!

I believe the OP is talking about the DNS servers your internet connection is using, the domain name servers. The numbers given are for Google's free public DNS, which I've used in the past when my AT&T DNS was not working correctly. If your iMessage issue was a DNS problem in that your iDevice can't find the other device, this will help. If your problem is a firewall issue or something else it won't do any good, but it shouldn't hurt anything either.

(A Domain Name Server translates an internet site name or mail server name like mail.google.com to the correct IP address 174.125.225.86)
