unable to move from mobileMe to iCloud

I try to move since hours my mobileMe Account to iCloud.

Unfortunately I receive everytime the same error:

Fehler: Datei nicht gefunden

Die Dateien unter https://www.me.com/move/ konnten nicht gefunden werden.

Site not found. Is there any one that could give me some support?
