Problem emailing Quicktime video

I created a video from my digital camera and when I tried to play it, it wouldn't let me and I had to install Quicktime. When I tried to email the video by attaching it, it says "Sorry, you can not upload files larger than 16MB." Can I change the size or send it some other way? I am new to this and I have no clue on what to do. Any and all help will be appreciated.

The file is 25.8MB

I do NOT have Quicktime Pro and just have the basic setup.
