since the newest version of itunes was downloaded my podcast audio is scrambled.

since I downloaded the newest version of itunes toup date mine ( a couple of days ago) I can't understand what my podcasts are saying. The

messages are all jumbled. My playlist is okay - just podcasts. What can I do to fix it?
