Can I Trade my iPhone 4(new) for the new iPhone 4s?

My Carrier is at&t and YES! I bought my phone from an at&t store.

My iPhone is: iPhone 4 black 32 gig. (299)

I bought my iPhone last month, September 10-17, 2011. (one of those dates).

at&t tells me that I can trade iPhone 4(new) for the iPhone 4s and I will only pay 36 dollars. This is also known as the iPhone "Trading Program".

am I eligible to trade my iPhone 4 that I bought last month for the new iPhone 4s that just came out for 36 dollars????

ONLY AT&T can answer that question for you. Typically there is only a 30 day return period, so get yourself into the store ASAP and get an answer from an AT&T employee.

None of the users here or Apple has anything to do with your issue, we can only relate our experiences. There certainly is no way to take something stated here and hold AT&T accountable for it.
